Educational Qualifications:
- Mandatory Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Preferred Qualifications:
– Master’s degree (MBA) with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or International Business.
– Certifications in Sales Management, Leadership, or International Trade.
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in field sales.
- At least 2+ years of experience in the FMCG sector, with demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving targets.
Travel Flexibility:
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time, both within the Benelux, Ireland & UK across neighbouring countries.
- Must have valid EU driving license.
Geographical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of European countries.
- Familiarity with local cultures, market dynamics, and distribution networks.
Market Insights:
- In-depth knowledge of customer databases, competitor analysis, and market trends in the Indian ethnic FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and networks.
Documents:
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Valid Visa & Eligibility to work in BENELUX.
Languages: Hindi & English.
Urdu, Punjabi & Telugu (Good to have).
