<p><strong>Educational Qualifications:</strong></p>

<p>&#8211; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.</p>

<p>&#8211; Master’s degree (MBA) with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or International Business.</p>
<p>&#8211; Certifications in Sales Management, Leadership, or International Trade.</p>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in field sales.</li>
<li>At least 2+ years of experience in the FMCG sector, with demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving targets.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Travel Flexibility:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time, both within the Benelux, Ireland &amp; UK across neighbouring countries.</li>
<li>Must have valid EU driving license.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Geographical Knowledge:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of European countries.</li>
<li>Familiarity with local cultures, market dynamics, and distribution networks.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Market Insights:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>In-depth knowledge of customer databases, competitor analysis, and market trends in the Indian ethnic FMCG industry.</li>
<li>Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and networks.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Documents:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Valid Driver’s license.</li>
<li>Valid Visa &amp; Eligibility to work in BENELUX.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Languages:</strong> Hindi &amp; English.<br />
Urdu, Punjabi &amp; Telugu (Good to have).</p>

<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Visiting new customers and actively promoting and selling products.</li>
<li>Collecting market information</li>
<li>Should show and demonstrate product samples</li>
<li>Identify customer’s needs and suggest suitable products</li>
<li>Provide relevant information about the industry and products to retailers according to their needs.</li>
<li>Develop, Implement and manage Marketing campaigns and initiatives</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Preferable from FMCG Background with min 2+ years of experience in sales.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Other Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Must possess excellent communication skills and ability to multitask</li>
<li>Achieve targets within a given timeframe</li>
<li>Having knowledge of computers would be an advantage.</li>
</ul>
